If you are new to Slimming World I highly recommend you make yourself a Syn bin. It is basically a box or tub filled with low Syn snacks you can grab when you get a sweet or savoury craving. It's my favourite part of the kitchen, and I am always adding new tasty snacks to it. I get most of my snacks from Poundland or home bargins, places where you can buy multi packs cheaply. All of these yummy treats are from Poundland and everything is below 5 Syns.

Snow rolls - 2 Syns
Kinder chocolate bars - 3.5 Syns
Chocolate buttons - 4 Syns
Freddo bar - 5 Syns
