These have recently become one of my favourite snacks to have in the evening. I freeze mine as they taste like ice cream but have half the syn value. I also like how they take you quite a while to eat as you feel like you are eating more than you actually are. You can pick these up from most food stores and they aren't to expensive which is great for a pack of four. With the summer coming these are really going to stop me from eating ice cream and packing on the pounds.
