BBQ Sauce



Perfect hot or cold, use as a marinade or just as a sauce.


Ingredients

2 Onions (chopped small)
1 tsp chilli powder
6 tbsp sweetner
500ml passata
5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp mustard powder

  1. Lightly brown the onions over a low heat until softened.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients to a pan bring to the boil.
  3. Turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Remove and serve or allow to cool and put in a jar. 
It should last the week if stored correctly.
